A 30-year-old doctor at Aligarh's Deen Dayal Hospital was arrested on Wednesday after a woman being treated for coronavirus at the hospital alleged that he tried to rape her. कोरोना के बढ़ते मामलों को देख पुलिस प्रशासन ने देहलीगेट, सासनीगेट और कोतवाली क्षेत्र में सभी गतिविधियां प्रतिबंधित कर दी हैं। सौ फीसद लॉकडाउन की हकीकत जानने दैनिक जागरण ने हाल जाना। उनके जेहन में खामोशी और फिक्र थी पर सब सही होने की अच्छी उम्मीदें भी थीं। देहलीगेट क्षेत्र के एडीए कालोनी निवासी मुईन मोनू ने कहा, कुछ त्रासदियों का बोझ इतना भारी होता है कि हमारा दिल उन्हें उठा नहीं पाता। ये तबाही कुछ ऐसी ही है। लोग हकीकत से दूर हो रहे हैं। कोरोना ने कई लोगों को निगल लिया, तो लोग समझने लगे हैं। लॉकडाउन की सख्ती जरूरी है। पर आगे सब सही होगा।गुरुवार सुबह छत से देखा तो पूरा इलाका चुप्पी के साये में था। प्रशासन ने दूध-सब्जी की व्यवस्था कराई। किसी ने बाहर निकलने की हिम्मत नहीं की। पुलिस मुस्तैद थी। शाम को भी लगा कि सब शांत है। सिर्फ पङ्क्षरदों की ही आवाज थी।ऊपरकोट व बाबरी मंडी इलाका, जो लगातार चर्चाओं में रहा, अब एकदम शांत है। यहां के शानू कहते हैं कि खुद को घर में कैद कर लिया है। अपना कमरा, मेज, रसोई और खिड़की, यहीं मेरी चहलकदमी का दायरा है। इलाके की बात करें तो पहले लोग टहलते थे, मगर अब संकट को समझ गए हैं। घरों में बंद हैं। सुबह दूध तो घरों तक पहुंचाया गया, मगर सब्जी के लिए बाहर निकले। होम डिलीवरी के इंतजाम यहां पर्याप्त नहीं है। चूंकि रमजान हैं, तो लोगों के सामने जरूरी सामान खरीदने के लिए संकट है। पुलिस सख्त हो गई है। हर वक्त गश्त होती है। कुछ इलाके हैं, जहां इन हालात में भी शाम के समय लॉकडाउन का उल्लंघन हो रहा है। पुलिस आती है तो लोग भाग जाते हैं, फिर वही हाल।सासनीगेट का इलाका भी दहशत से अछूता नहीं है, लेकिन बरी चौक, आंबेडकर चौक, प्रेम चौक, कबीर नगर, मलिन बस्ती में लॉकडाउन की अब भी धच्जियां उड़ाई जा रही है। यहां पुलिस नदारद हैं। लोग ही एक-दूसरे को समझाते नजर आते हैं। यहां ढकेल लगाने वाले, कई इलाकों में घूमने वाले लोग शामिल हैं। यही दूसरों के लिए परेशानी का सबब बन सकते हैं। होली चौक निवासी ललित शर्मा ने कहा कि मूलभूत सुविधाएं लोगों तक पहुंच रही है। डोर-टू-डोर सप्लाई में उन लोगों को परेशानी है, जो रोजमर्रा का जीवन चलाने के लिए 100-200 ग्राम सामान खरीदते हैं या अनपढ़ हैं। दूध की असुविधा नहीं है। लॉकडाउन में लोग खुद ही घरों से नहीं निकल रहे। कुछ इलाकों में बेपरवाह हैं। ऐसे में लोगों को खुद से ही जागरूक होना पड़ेगा।तीनों थाना क्षेत्रों में लॉकडाउन का पूरी सख्ती से पालन कराया जा रहा है। थाना प्रभारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश हैं कि जो भी उल्लंघन करे, उसके खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज करें। This website uses cookie or similar technologies, to enhance your browsing experience and provide personalised recommendations.
