Gold is a huge, three storey pub and dining room in Notting Hill that’s more seasonal small plates than pints and peanuts. A lovely place to go.Exemplary. They ignored us at first and when I asked if we could be helped, the manager was not very friendly at all and asked us to come back later (totally fine of course as we were early, but it was his manner that was not acceptable for a manager) and he had equally the same manner when we came back.
Tables could be spaced out a little bit more as servers had to squeeze in between which is not in keeping with 1m rule.
