I will not buy another Jackson guitar from Amazon. They said its defective. The floating bridge was even already balanced. Loosen the string clamp at the nut, tune up, and give the bar a good dive or two, repeat until its relatively close every time you bring it back to balance, and THEN re-tighten the nut and tune from there.
