The Tenax powder comes with only brief instructions — I like having instructions, but the online tutorials were plenty good enough as far as technique and, when I ended up with questions, I called Tenax and received some of the most patient and detailed advice I’ve ever gotten. First I lightly sanded the etched travertine with a 400 grade sandpaper and wiped away the dust/residue. We followed all the instructions and watched several YouTube videos but still with no success.
