Imho, the problem is solvable- ban tricolours and Union Flags from Club matches , have independent scrutineers to monitor for singing of any sectarian songs - make this known to all Clubs and warn them of the consequences- the consequences being hitting the offenders in the pocket and very hard- a quarter of a season playing matches behind closed doors would wake them up .
