ended up so worn out that I had a fever and was unwell. Each member of staff I have met along the way have been amazing from head office, in store managers to seasonal staff, everybody has been a dream! It was great during the busy periods as you were constantly on the move.
Share. I prayed my manager wasn't on the same times as I was, as she constantly picked on myself and many of the other casual girls. Discount is great!!! The manager was pretty unorganised and lacked important management skills. However, personally I did find the job rather out of my depth but perhaps that may have been because it was my first ever job. Customers would come in and have a chat with you even if they had no intentions to purchase anything. Couldn’t recommend working here enough. I couldn’t rate this work place enough, I have met life long friends as well as found my dream job all while having fun!! Working at pandora is a relaxed work place, but can also be very boring at times when not in peel season, good first job for young individuals starting there careers.I joined Pandora Wakefield when it first opened and stayed for 2 and a half years. Culture at pandora is always supportive and we are there for each other as a team. We were constantly talked about- both visibly behind our backs and in front of us- by managers and full/part-time staff members.
They value transparency, self-motivation, and drive. It was hard learning all the Jewell’s of by heart but it easy as the times passes.
A lot of the staff would be condescending and refuse to let us put sales through by ourselves. Cool place to work. Tweet. Working at Pandora was an excellent way to learn how to deal with customers day to day.
Stressful as a Christmas casual thoughWorked at Pandora Joondalup as a Christmas casual, was treated very poorly and asked if I could stay for a 9 hour shift when I had already started what was supposed to be a 3 hour shift. Very glamorous however a strict dress code. Love working at pandora. The salary was low, but other than that Pandora was a great opportunity to learn new skills and work on customer service. great place to work, everyone is very friendly, welcoming and understanding. Salary is great . I have met others girls from other stores and they also all so lovely. Overall nice job, good advantage if you speak chinese.I worked at Pandora Bourke Street over the Christmas period in 2018. I found targets had to be met and could be stressful at times when you didn’t. Management. Given the opportunity I would work here again but no as a sales associate.Bad management, no proper training provided never got any support, even though you worked so hard and achieved all your targets and kpi's never got appreciated.Good place for someone who likes to be bored at work. Volunteer Time Off. Good staff discount and nice stock to work with. Work was fun. Owners were very hard to please.While management is lovely and quick to help when you have questions, I cannot say the same for the sales staff - they treat the christmas casual a poorly and think they’re more important then the casual staff. It was clique-like, similar to stereotypical high schools, and many of the regular staff were childish in their manner (swearing in front of customers and at each other.) Great management and people too, really friendly atmosphere .
