We grilled it and it was delicious. We rented a house in Eleuthera call kokomo from July 19, 2008 to July 26, 2008. The house had kayaks and snorkling gear in every size. Snorkeling was very disappointing out front which was the opposite of all we had read.

From Florida, we flew to Nassau which seemed to swarm with tourists both from the airport and the cruise ships, traffic is built up and we never really felt secluded enough, even in the further nothern part of the island - but it wasn't until we arrived in Eleuthera from Nassau that we felt like we were truly in nature's Bahamas.
